Starting from Arkansas in the United States with a handful of clients, we gradually grew and started getting clients from other states in the US. Unlimited is a term that can mean different things for different people. For us, however, it does not have a definite meaning. Our designers aka Shifu’s are well equipped to deliver up to 26 creatives a month, provided that the client has been as clear as possible with the brief and their expectations from us. The client can add unlimited requests to their dashboard and our designers will work on one active request at a time and will pick up the next request in the queue. The more information we know the easier it is for us to create the design. This way, what unlimited really means for us, actually depends on the client.

With Design Shifu you can avoid the unpredictability and the limitations of working with a freelancer or a freelance agency. The more detailed you make your design request by including all the information required, the easier it is for us to create a design that will best meet your expectations. Our client 100% owns the creative work. Once the client approves the request, Design Shifu delivers the designs in the client’s preferred file format, such as editable Adobe +, JPG, PNG, PDF along with the editable source file so that they can freely modify it as they prefer. If you’re looking for custom branding, video editing, animations, CAD, 3D work or programming then our service probably isn’t right for you, as it is a time-consuming task to create them. Our brand is more focused on a client’s daily design needs rather than complex designing projects as such.

Design Shifu’s inflow of design requests revolves around the 24-48 hour time frame within which we promise to deliver, which is why we focus on small and clear graphic design requests. Our teams that are based in the US and Asia are constantly focused on working round the clock for designs and revisions that come in through our client dashboards. In order to serve our clients' needs faster, we have decided to not undertake tasks such as branding, website design, etc that hinder faster delivery.
Design Shifu is committed to a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours. This, however, also depends on which plan a client chooses.
The Pay Per Request $29 plan, allows the client to have 1 active design request and a 48 hour turnaround time, with 2 revisions. With the monthly $99 plan, the client can have 1 active design request daily, 5 design requests, and 2 revisions with unlimited brands and a 48 hour turnaround time. The Unlimited plan for $299 allows the client to get unlimited requests, unlimited brands, and unlimited revisions, with a 24 hour turnaround time, for which their daily design requests can range from 1 to 5.
It is important to note that this also depends on the complexity of a design request. We focus on the requests one-at-a-time to deliver with utmost quality and only commence working on a new request once the previous request has been completed to your satisfaction. Remember, the more detailed the design request the quicker and easier it is for us to understand your expectations.
Our team of managers assigns handpicked designers that they deem to be the best fit for your project on the basis of your requirements. However, if you are not satisfied with the work that is being delivered, we are happy to assign you another designer who can give your request another shot.

All our plans promise a 24 to 48 hour turnaround time. However, if you still have the urgency for a design request, you can write to us at support@designshifu.com or your account manager, and we will try to do the best to go out of our way to meet your requirements.
We also have a Pay Per Request Plan for $29 for your urgent requests, that allows you to have one design request and 2 revisions with a turnaround time of 48 hours.
Custom illustrations are a product that companies and design agencies charge a lot of money for. Design Shifu includes custom illustrations in our $299 plan for the same 24 to 48 hour turnaround time as any other design, and we are incredibly proud of it. We think it is great that our team of designers is equipped to handle tasks like custom illustrations and deliver them with great quality although they are comparatively difficult and time-consuming to create.
