It all started in 2019 when I had the epiphany of creating a design and content agency with the small idea of offering excellent and affordable services to businesses in need. How does the design process work? 

We take pride in creating a seamless design process. It takes three simple steps to go from submission to downloading files. 

First, send us your design request. You can submit as many designs, and we'll put them in a queue. Expect to receive the first draft after 24 to 48 hours. If you're not happy, we can do quick revisions until you're satisfied. The last step is to download the files and have full ownership of all designs. 

How does the content writing process work? 

Our content writing service is for agencies, marketers, and business owners. We tackle almost any industry such as education, retail, SaaS, consulting, HR, B2B, travel, marketing, investment, IT, real estate, and more. 

Sign up to any plan and submit your first content request. Your request will then be assigned to a dedicated account manager. The account manager will then send you a form to fill in all the specific details of your request. This is to ensure that the workflow is flawless. Finally, you'll get the first draft after two to three days. You can also request unlimited revisions. 

Why is your pricing so low? 

We've set our monthly rates at an affordable pricing because of our business structure. We are a team of remote workers skilled in design, web development, and content writing. We've already vetted our team of creatives for our clients, so that eliminates the hassle of hiring and the costs it entails.

Also, we use affordable and efficient online tools to communicate and collaborate with our clients. Moreover, our team is always on stand-by for any design projects in the queue. What if I need some designs and revisions ASAP?

On the other hand, simple projects such as social media images, blog images, or billboard designs will take one to three days. 

The same goes for content writing, product descriptions, and social media posts will take one to two days. On the other hand, articles and blog posts will take two to three days. 

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

What services can't you do? 

We do every online and offline design project you can think of. But, unfortunately, we don't do complex animation, fine art illustrations, fillable or interactive PDF documents, digital painting, game assets, 3D/CAD, coding, or programming. Lastly, we don't do sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically, or racially offensive requests. 

Can clients try out your service for free?

We don't offer a free trial. However, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 15 days, with no questions asked. If you've signed up for the content writing service, we can still offer a refund if you're not satisfied with the output. First, we'll try to revise your content. If you push through with the refund, make sure to request it within the first seven days of signing up. 

What should clients do if they don't know which plan to choose?
